The processing time for a UAE visa takes an average of 1-2 business days. The UAE Immigration Service reserves the right to extend the period of consideration of documents for a visa, without giving reasons.

The Immigration Service has the right to request additional documents for obtaining a visa. If tourists for some reason cannot provide the necessary documents, the immigration service reserves the right not to consider documents for obtaining a visa, and also not to explain the reason for the refusal or delay in issuing it. The delay in visa response can last from 3 to 14 business days. In this regard, we recommend submitting documents in advance.
The reason for the delay or refusal may be the following:
– Finding a tourist in the over stay list (in this case, you must provide a scan of all foreign passports, where there is a stamp on leaving the UAE, otherwise the UAE Immigration Service will impose a fine)
– Finding a tourist in the black list
– If the tourist has a valid visa issued by another company (in this case, it is necessary to cancel the valid visa issued by another company).
